| When
listing property, you must be aware that the agent you choose is just
as important as the price you put on your property. JoAnn ranks in the
top 5% of the six hundred agents in the Coastal Association of Realtors®.
It is her goal to give each listing very personal attention. She has
her own team of people consisting of her husband who was in business
for himself for 25 years, recently retired, who has agreed to be her
property inspector. He checks all listings once a month and submits
a written report on the present condition of each property. She also
has a licensed assistant, Carolyn Reale, who does all of her paper work,
which allows JoAnn to spend all of her time looking for a buyer for
your property. She sends periodic reports to her clients with information
regarding market trends, inspections, property showings and any other
marketing action that has been performed. She has two computers with
extensive data bases of past buyers, sellers, prospective buyers, and
referral agents to assist in the sale of your property.
